Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. For this purpose, it is used, inter alia, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). Personal data provided in the contact form and the demo are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The service provider is the administrator of his clients' data. This means that if the user uses our services, has an account on our website or sends information containing personal data to the service provider via our website, we store user data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, Telephone.

-to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the contract, amend or terminate it, and correctly implement the services provided electronically;

-to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject .

Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body and to the extent provided for by generally applicable law.

The administrator reserves the right to process user data after termination of the contract or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to store data. The Service Provider has the right to share the user's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. judicial authorities).

The administrator has implemented pseudonymization , data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

However, bearing in mind the provision of services by our subcontractors in the implementation of support for ICT services and IT infrastructure, certain activities or IT tasks may be performed by entities operating outside the EEA, which may result in the transfer of data outside the EEA.

However, in some cases where it is not possible to conclude standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 49 sec. 1 point a) of the GDPR, we would like to inform you that there may be a situation in which we do not provide appropriate safeguards specified in art. 46 GDPR . Due to the inability to conclude standard contractual clauses with the data recipient and binding corporate rules, we would like to inform you that there is a risk of insufficient data protection. In this case, consent to the transfer of personal data to an entity located in a third country is necessary, as there is a potential risk that the data will be processed without observing the rigors of the GDPR.
